Hello! I'm in the middle of having a big clear out in my house! One room I'm trying to makeover is the spare room and turn it into an office/study as my bf is starting his own business soon. So I thought I could make it over and make some stuff as a surprise anniversary present!

Ok, so the room is dark blue  Undecided the walls, the carpet- yep blue. The curtains are yellow and all furniture will be light brown wood. I don't need to worry about a desk but I'm thinking of what to put on the desk.. cool stationary ideas? I was also thinking of jazzing up the curtains a little so the don't look so 'the same'? I have a big blank canvas board too that I could paint and put up, but what is a cool painting to do that brightens up the room and makes motivation. I also have a slugish green sofa that I need to alter somehow, maybe with a throw?

I would love to paint the walls but I'm not too good for time and money, any ideas how to make a boys blue room into a cool office workspace or what colours go best with blue and yellow Embarrassed

Thank you in advance for any responses!
