Greetings Everyone!! I retrack my suggestion of the zip lock bags as liners for these bags.  I did some research and discovered that TARGET sales PEVA Shower Curtains.  They sale for $5.99, $9.99, and $19.99.  I bought the 5.99 curtain.  I hope this assist those who have been looking for the mysterious PEVA material!!  Thanks so much stellarcheri!!!

I'm semi new to the site so I know I am months behind the original post. I am slowly making my way through all the awesome posts. I saw something similar and kept wanting to make them for my 4 kids but they looked way too involved..I think I may be able to make them stealing your idea Wink These turned out great and I love the fabric you used.

Is the outside just cotton? Did anyone ever try with the tablecloth? I keep thinking that the shower curtain might melt or get brittle if you through it in the dishwasher because of how hot the water gets. Any new suggestions?

This is really a great idea.  Ad it's quite simple to do (I guess).  I bring snacks to work.  I always use the ziploc.  These are more fashionable!  Cheesy

Our Wal-Mart sells the PEVA shower curtains for $2.99 each.  It took me a while to get the hang of sewing it, but I think we've reached an understanding.  Turns out I needed to try a smaller needle...

Put some pattern paper just between the presser foot and the top layer! Works WONDERS!

These are great! I saw a lady at the park with snacks in them for her kids. I thought it was a brilliant idea because each kid had their own design and she just plucked them out and passed them around accordingly.
