Juki HZL-e61 (sewing machine), Juki MO-655, & Singer 14T967DC (sergers).

How do those Jukis treat you? I have a MO-134 serger and a MO-654DE and I love them!

I loooove my Juki's  Cheesy

Theyre so much quieter than my Singers & have a cute little hum to them.  Yay for Juki!

Okay.  So the name on the lower right corner of the machine, obviously looks like Activa.  To anyone with a brain, that is.

To me, it looked liked Addictive.

I mean, I know they are, but I've neer seen a machine advertise it.

And I still haven't.  Grin

I used to work on my mom's old Singer touch-n-sew; which is still pretty awesome, I've got it kicking around.  But santa brought me Singer's Quantum Futura.  Besides doing all the regular ol' sewing stuff, it also embroiders.  And the fact that it hooks up to my laptop makes my inner geek sing...

1921 Singer treadled machine.
Weighs a ton. Now I can't move because I don't want to take it out of the apartment.

Only goes forwards and straight.

That is a *beautiful* machine! It'll never wear out either. Wow. I wish mine looked half that good.

Okay, I've looked at all the machines without broken links... I gotta add one.

That's the machine down at the end, and what I most recently made with it.

I've got several others, but that's the one I'm proudest of.

That's also a picture of my messy sewing room.

speaking of necchi's....my mom gave me her old necchi 543....i have no idea how old it is, but it's sturdy with all metal parts. occasionally i'll have problems with tension and jamming and such, but for the most part, it gets the job done. once i save up the money i think i'll buy a new one, but this one works great for my purposes. i just started getting back into sewing after a couple of years.

Here's my nameless machine.  It was my mother's for years until it started giving her some attitude and she gave it to me (and bought herself TWO new ones...grumble).  Actually, as much grief as it gives me, I love this thing:

Sorry it's a little blurry- here's where the magic happens (foot pedal included):

And here's a little built-in reminder to keep me from swearing around the baby:

I know how cheesy it is, but that's honestly what I think every time I look at it!   Roll Eyes

I think my machine's a JCPenney something-or-other from the 70s (Huh).  Anybody else with one like this?

That's my baby, a Singer 2638. I bought her off of another craftster, and she runs like a dream! I've been teaching myself to sew on her. My first project is a pillow.
