Yep, you're absolutely correct.  Bexieboo, it is a Japanese knot bag.  They sell them in my LYS as a sock knitting bag, because you can hang it on your wrist and knit at the same time.  I, myself, am not that talented, but maybe someday.  I've also seen them in magazines as gift bags or small purses.  I'm happy you enjoyed everything, it was great crafting for you.

I received from arwena on the weekend, and here is a photo of the lovely things she sent.


In this package I found a beautiful scarf she knitted in wonderful colours (sender's choice), 2 skeins of handspun yarn (long),
truffles (lumpy and delicious), earrings she made (less than 2"), and a cookie-scented candle (golden) along with felted soap from Montana (local).

Anyways, I've been wearing the earrings for two days and can't wait for fall to wear the scarf! Thanks so much for everything arwena!
