I wanted to see how difficult is to make non-elastic bias tape look okay on a knit piece of clothing, like a tshirt.

I used 12 mm bias tape and a soft batiste and an elastic knit. I think it worked out ok. And it was VERY fast to sew.

Do you think it looks like a pajama?

I don't think it looks like a pyjama top but if you think it does I bet if you put a pocket or some sort of embellishment on it then it wont.

Wow. Love the colors. I agree, it does look sort of pj-ish. Maybe a deeper neckline would help?
