So I made my first gypsy style skirt for a the recent yarnies v. sewists swap I was in. It has since been received by Pixieval and I am certain it will get much love! I think this was one of the most fun projects I have made and it was completely from stash which was a bonus. The pictures are of me wearing it but there are some great ones in the Swap gallery of how spinny it is on her Smiley
Sorry for the horrible mirror shots!

Thanks for looking!

Woooow...! Most of the patchwork skirts I see are really messed up because the pieces just don't fit to each other in the end. But this one is gorgeous. I love it, you did a great job!

Awesome.  I may have to haul out all my quilter's cotton and make one for myself!

Oh, I love, love, love it!  And I think I might wear it for more than 24 hours straight if it were mine also  Tongue  Great colors, and super spinny.  I would love a skirt like this for myself... how long did it take to make?
