i made this wallet for a middle school girl recently. its finished size is approximately 10 1/2" x 4 1/2" when open and 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" when closed. i chose a dark fabric since she doesnt want it to get dirty easily.
the wallet as one large compartment for money, one coin zippered compartment, 2 card slots and 2 more compartments for other stuff you need to put it there. its a pretty small and compact wallet.

I really like the zippered coin section.  There aren't a lot of wallet patterns that have that feature and it's a nice option.
