Vegan Energy Protein Shake

You need:
2 tbs hulled hemp seeds (these are high in energy and protein)
1 cup enriched soy milk (protein, calcium, and whatever else it is enriched with, I usually use unsweetened, and count on the sugar in the fruit)
1 fruit (really, whatever you feel like or whatever is in season - I used a banana this morning, this is for flavoring and vitamins, and all that lovely stuff in fruit)
A blender

So basically, you mix everything together in the blender and drink it.
This is an awsome way to kick start the day. It really gives you a lot of energy, and it fill you up too... I drink them most mornings for breakfast. The ingredient list is fairly simple, so it allows for a lot of space to throw in other things to add some variety.
