Okay, looks like I'm posting first.  I'd like to thank samigurumi for sending me such a beautiful package.

First up we have this seriously cute notebook.

My favourite monster has to be the little punk octopus thing in the corner. My girfriend has named him Dr Squidlington on account of his monocle.

Next we have this fine decorated t-shirt.

How cute can one monster be?  I've already worn this t-shirt twice and it only came through the post on Thursday.

Finally, we have this gorgeous crochet doll.

Samigurumi informs me that he is a bugbear.  I didn't know that when I found him in the package but I did know that he would be getting lots of hugs (and he must give good ones back with all those arms).

I've never swapped before so didn't really know what to expect but I love everything I've received so thank you very much, samigurumi.

avacadoeldorado I'm glad you liked everything.  I was a bit sad that the glue on the book had magled the monsters a bit, but I really enjoyed making the tshirt and the bugbear was really difficult to let go.  I shall have to make myself one at some point LOL Tongue

I was a bit sad that the glue on the book had magled the monsters a bit.

Please don't worry about the glue.   I like to think of it as being the top-right monster attacking the others with monster ink.  Besides, I sent you something with a burn mark on it, so we're even.  Undecided

You absolutely cannot have this cutey bugbear back.  I'm sorry if it breaks your heart, but his four-armed hugs are all MINE.

Oh, I love your stuff avocado. That shirt is adorable and the amigurami bugbear looks like he'd be good at giving hugs with all those arms. The notebook is nicely designed as well, very colorful. Samigurumi did a good job for you.  Smiley

I didn't know we had a gallery already. I've got some pics of my own to post.

My mother had surgery two weeks ago and she's been having a rough time. So I was especially glad to get this great package from torilimcadle Saturday. I apologize profusely for the length of time it's taken me to post pics. I'm so proud of all my stuff, I've been enjoying it all immensely. Thanks so much for crafting me such a great package torili.

I love this little plushie. She suggested I name him Fred and I have to agree the name fits him to a T.

I love his big yellow eyes. He looks curious.

Then I got these cool notecards with the cutest little monster. I've got a lot of thank you notes to write and these will bring a smile to the recipients for sure.

This plaque of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is awesome. It's going up in my bedroom. Yeah, I'm weird. lol

And she added this great dragon coloring book. I haven't decided whether to color the pictures or use them for patterns. Maybe I'll try both.

Thanks for everything torili, it's great having you for a swap partner.  Smiley

o The Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde thing is awesome. In high school my marching band (that i was in ^_^) did a show from the Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde musical. At the end we murdered each other with our instruments. It was pretty cool, and that looks awesome!
