Ack, sorry for the delay in posting pictures! I donated blood for the first time a few days ago and I'm still feeling a bit ill as a result, but tonight I got off my rear and took some photos of the awesome package I received from YumJello01!!

First off, some of my items were packaged within the internet!

She made me a Moss Mug! And the best part is it's a candle that smells like a delicious chai latte. Cheesy I attempted to make a 'Moss' face and probably failed.

I also got this awesome resin/wire earring hanger that has an SCSI (small computer system interface) embedded in it, and I've been needing somewhere to hang my earrings. Grin

And some awesome earrings to hang on said earring hanger!! Cheesy I looove the Moss one and the wire men ones are a little more subtle-nerd so I may wear them to work. Cheesy

Thanks so much for the sweet package YumJello01!!

P.S. I almost made you a Moss mug too! Except I had been planning on putting your face on it instead. Smiley I read about this stuff called 'water-slide' transfer paper but nobody had it locally so I had to scrap it. I think that paper is the only way to transfer an image to ceramic and have it be washing/heating safe.

Ha!  I almost put YOUR face on the mug!  My boyfriend and I argued (eh, discussed) back and forth for several days...we decided that if it HAD been a functional mug we were going with your face, but since we couldn't figure out a water safe way to transfer the image, we went with Moss.   Cheesy  I am so glad you like everything!

I love the internet box!!

I agree, that was a great idea!  I had wanted to make the internet with flashing light etc, but I was too worried that customs might end up exploding the package thinking it was something else, and I couldn't work out a good alternative.

My partner has received so I can go ahead and say we all used the EXACT same picture for the Moss mug, I laughed when I saw the first one posted...did you ladies just use mod podge?  I couldn't figure out a way to make it really usable, so I turned it into a candle....
The one I made should be washable, I modpodged it to the mug, but then I covered it in a thin layer of resin.

We are still waiting for one package to arrive though so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the postal service don't let us down  Cool

Me too!
I split my package in 2 as I forgot to put one of the pieces in...SHe has received the 2nd piece but not the first!  I really hope I don't have to make the "large" again! It took quite a while!  But if for some reason Canada Post hates me and it doesn't show up I promise I will make up for it!
