I'm pretty sure my dad has one of those stamping things, we tried to steal it once. Maybe I'll have to try again, sounds like fun!

I already finished my charms, and being the overly ambitious person I am, I made two different sets. I think my partners will end up with a two-fer from me. ^.^

I like owls. I am forgetful and clumsy. Zombies are cool. My life is filled with awesomeness and yours should be too. ^.^

Found things are a great idea, as long as they are a little bit clean. As for surprises, I do love surprises and this being my first swap, I was unaware that anything other than surprises were an option haha. As much as  I love surprises I was a little excited that some pictures were going to be posted of progress because I am a little unsure if what i'm doing and picturing is what everyone else is doing/picturing as well. I am making steampunk charms but I am so nervous that they are not going to be anything like what anyone else is making/expecting. So, i'm either way on surprises haha.

The one inch (or 1 1/4 to 1 1/2) rule is so hard to stick by for me! I'm glad we increased it a little, but it still seems to be the hardest part for me... that and making decisions. I keep putting together cute charms, finding another piece and thinking "this would work so well...but then this other piece wouldn't..." I do this so much that I'm having trouble with final decisions.

Anyway, my point is I'm find with or without surprises, and I'm up for found things haha, sorry I tend to ramble.  Tongue

Oh and a two-fer sounds great!! haha  Cheesy

Well, decided no time like the present and went ahead and bought the FireMountain package of watch parts that someone posted. Anyone else?
I can't wait to see what kind of wonder comes in the lot (it's only 1 ounce though).

I think I'm doomed.  I spent the day imagining what it would take to make me look like an airship pirate, instead of doing things that I should have been doing.  I have jusat seen so many cool things in researching steampunk, how could I resist?

I did this bug tut the other day, and just today thought others might be interested (d'oh)

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know
