Here's my little venomhide ravasaur (from World of Warcraft)! After having raised him from the egg, I decided he deserved the special attention.








Edit: I found my notes and here's the pattern! If you find anything that seems off, let me know so i can fix it. It's 5:40 in the morning, so if I got anything wrong, I'll blame it on lack of sleep. ^^

Head:
1: 6 sc in a ring (6)
2: inc 6 (12)
3: sc 1, inc 1, repeat around (18)
4: sc 2, inc 1, repeat around (24)
5: sc 3, inc 1, repeat around (30)
6: sc 4, inc 1, repeat around (36)
7: sc 5, inc 1, repeat around (42)
8: sc 6, inc 1, repeat around (48)
9-19: sc around (48)
20: sc 6, dec 1, repeat around (42)
21: sc 5, dec 1, repeat around (36)
22: sc 4, dec 1, repeat around (30)
23-27: sc around (30)
28: sc 3, dec 1, repeat around (24)
Attach safety eyes and stuff
29: sc 2, dec 1, repeat around (18)
30: sc 1, dec 1, repeat around (12)
31: dec 6 (6)
Sl st and fasten off

Horn:
1: sc 4 in a ring (4)
2-3: sc around (4)
Sl st and fasten off, leave yarn for assembly

Body:
1: 6 sc in a ring (6)
2: inc 6 (12)
3: sc 1, inc 1, repeat around (18)
4: sc 2, inc 1, repeat around (24)
5: sc 3, inc 1, repeat around (30)
6-8: sc around (30)
9: sc 3, dec 1, repeat (24)
10-11: sc around (24)
12: sc 2, dec 1, repeat (18)
13-15: sc around (18)
Sl st and fasten off, leave yarn for assembly

Tail:
1: 4 sc in a ring (4)
2: sc 1, inc 1, repeat around (6)

Arms (make 2):
Chain 7
Sc 3 in second chain from the hook
Sl st in the next 5
Leave yarn for assembly

Legs (make 2):

2: inc 6 (12)
3-4: sc around (12 )
Sl st and fasten off, leave yarn for assembly

Sew it together and sew on stripes or decorate it as you see fit. I hope you like it!

He is very cute!

Forgive me, but not being a WOW aware sort of person, I thought you should do one in yellow with black stripes without the horn. Because Woodstock from Peanuts is pretty darn cute too. Smiley

I thought I recognized the little bugger from the thumbnail!  I'm working on getting my DK's ravasaur mount.  Maybe I should work on getting myself a ravasaur too.....hmmm.

I'm thinking of making a red raptor, and if i do I'll post a picture so that you can see a bit better. Black yarn is great, but the details do tend to get lost in pictures.
