I made these two things in the last few months, and I thought I'd see what people think.

This is the thing that sucks up all the time at the computer..or at least this is what my time sucker looks like.  He is just trying to look tuff here, sitting on my monitor.

This is more what he looks like.  I made him one night while at a quilt meeting..during the business stuff.  Stuffed him and gave him sight when I got home.  I don't follow patterns...so he might have ended up a jellyfish.

This is my SoundSquid.  It's crocheted in wool (Let's get ready to ScrummmmBBBBBlllll!), and then I hand felted it..then I stuck it in the dryer for awhile..until it fit the COBY Mp3 player.  His mouth is a cool vinyl with a seemingly opaque pattern which moves around when you move it. But when you turn it on..

You can only see thru it indoors.  Outside you can't see thru it at all.  Not in the shade, or anything..it's odd

I gutted it here for you so you could see it's true nature.  Sorry the pic is fuzzy.  But it wriggles back into it's skin reather quickly.

This is the SoundSquids Mobius toy.  It's a expansion watch band.  To make one you hold both ends of the band, one in each hand. Turn one end of the band so the top becomes the bottom of the band.  Then attach the ends so they are opposite what they should be.  If that made any sense you will end up with a Mobius strip.  It's like a tiny sculpture you can play with when you have to wait some where.

Thanks for looking. Grin
