For this one, I deviated from my typical portrait style, and just lifted my design from a photo of the subject.  Not much to say about this piece.  It's on 18 count aida, my first time working with anything other than 14 count.  I didn't like how the fabric wasn't as stiff as 14 count, but it's easy enough to work with.



And, yeah, it is done.  Still feels like it's missing something (besides her nose).  Might stitch a flower on another piece of fabric and attach it in her hair.

It's really pretty. I'm wondering if you framed it if it would not be missing something. I think a flower would be really pretty.
