The cupcakes do look very tasty!

And just as an FYI, the Guinness & Jameson cause the Bailey's to curdle, not "curtly", within the glass.  No one wants to drink little bits of curdled Irish Cream!  Cheesy

And thanks for saying that Sandra22.  There are a few drinks here that we Americans order and enjoy frequently, that have rather insensitive names.  The other really popular one that springs to mind is the Black & Tan, which is not very nice for our Irish friends.  To us, it's just a harmless name based on the color of the two beers.   Undecided

Hi,  We have the 'Black and Tan' drink over here too, and I agree with you, it is to do with the colours of the drinks, and not the Irish constabulary of the early 20th century; is just unfortunate the two share the same name.

I just felt I had to mention the title of this drink as I'd never heard of it before and was a little shocked.

The cupcakes do look really tasty though, as do some of the others on the list.

Looks like you got yourself a cupcake bake-along.  I'm going to have to try to make them all too.

I've seen them called 'carbomb' in several places including my favourite cupcake recipe book!

But yes, they look amazing. I have made them with plain cream cheese frosting, which is perfect for those who prefer less alcohol (in fact if you didn't tell them about the Guinness I doubt they'd guess what makes them taste so dark and moist).

p.s. that list makes me want to faint - esp Caramel Machiatto Cupcakes(eek!)
