(Hope it's ok to post this here instead of the polymer clay section.)

I haven't finished the whole set yet (I'm a bad kid, I know)... but I'm almost done.  These are the two little (1:12/dollhouse scale) plates I've finished.  The first is just part of a set in her style, a plate for whole grain bread slices and a bowl (not done yet) for some split-pea soup.  The one on the right requires a little explaining because it's an inside joke.  My family used to joke about my grandmother being a communist, so one year my mother (working as a potter at the time) made her a large plate that said "Socialism through Pottery".  It's a bit tough to read (it's smaller than a half dollar), but this is my *spoof* of that gift from about 20 years ago.



In person it's a little more readable than it looks here, but not much.  Oh well.  She'll still get a giggle out of it, I'm sure.

*update* ...here's the rest!
