So, I want to mod podge on some comics onto a pair of shoes, much like THIS, only I want to use ballet flats.

At my local department store they have white ballet flats that are made of a almost vinyl-like, man-made material.

I want to use fabric mod podge, too, so it'll be waterproof. (Or should I use "Outdoor"?)

Will this work? I've only seen comics mod podged onto canvas type shoes. thank you for any help!
