Do you mean via My Craftster > My Picture Hosting, or at the bottom of your posting screen? They are both visible for me.

my craftster, my picture hosting. no longer is there a phrase anywhere that says upload photos.

Do you know how to clear your browser's cookies & cache? If so, could you logout, clear both, restart your browser and log back in to Craftster? That generally fixes any random glitches!
