I have had this idea rolling around in my head for awhile now.  It was nice to have a reason to pull it out.  Theses are made with shrink plastic, ribbons, grommets, glitter glue, kilt pins, jump rings and thread.  The medal of service has a glow in the dark star (because everything should glow in the dark...) and the purple thumb has a self cover button, and a purple thumb made from polymire clay and a fingernail from a dollar store.  The yucky green nail polish is also from a dollar store.  There is a wee drop of blood on the end of the needle (glass bead) so the wearer does not get stuck with the pin.

Hope you like them.  This is my first challenge here at Craftsers, but I'm looking forward to many more.

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

I love them! I think they're awesome and a great way to use kilt pins- I keep seeing them in my craft store and wondering what I could do with them. In craft we trust!  Smiley
