I'm not sure what you mean by the world's recycling program, but this is definitely recycled.  It's paper that was going to be trashed or burned.  I do a lot of this with the junk mail that I get.  It can be done with newspaper, grocery store ads, political mail, advertisements, you name it.

waaaal, i am thinking that if you have a special patented process that will make paper look as beautiful as this, people will want to have such items in their homes, made from rescued paper.  I am thinking that your contributions to the art world may have wonderful repercussions in the green world. that here is one more place for paper to go instead of in the trash.

This is my goal for much of my art these days.  I have learned that it isn't what it cost that matters, but what it saved.

Be on the lookout for some of my floppy disk art.  I've already posted three pieces, and I have more to come.

I've also taught myself other paper art, art from leather scraps, wood scraps, computer parts, fabric scraps, and board game pieces.  And I'm not done yet. Wink
