So far I have 47 swaps under my belt and I still get swap anxiety every time I send off a package.  We are all our own worst critic so it makes sense to be worried but in my opinion everyone does such a great job there is nothing to be worried about!!

Tricky's package arrived yesterday and OMG the t-shirts are beyond awesome! I finally managed to get pics today so I can show you guys how beautiful the shirts are. I am having serious, serious swap anxiety now over the shirts I made. Eeek.

First up: Stitch! One of my all-time fav characters and he is so cute in this! I love the pose and the t-shirt is the perfect color and size for me because it covers my ugly as can be maternity pants really well! Love, love, love this!


Next a super detailed Hufflepuff Crest t-shirt! The detail on this one is absolutely awesome and I really love it. Hufflepuff is my chosen house from Harry Potter This tee fits but probably only for another week or so. It's going to be worn to pieces after I have the baby though! I can't wait to show off this tee. So awesome!


THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Tricky! I adore both t-shirts. In fact I wore the Stitch t-shirt today. It's super comfy and got serious compliments from my daughter so I'm not the only one who loves it. I think she's miffed it's clearly too big for her to steal

OMG those are gorgeous shirts!! OK now, which one was painted in the backseat of a car?  As far as I can tell they are both super professional and awesome looking!!

Stitch was painted in the car...very carefully.
I knew I wanted to do Stitch, that's why I chose that color, I felt it was like the ocean...then I found that photo with the big wheel and that reminded me of the 80's, which I know you are also a big fan of 

I also knew I wanted to do Harry Potter...which I know nothing about..I've never seen the movies or read the books and I have no clue what a Hufflepuff even is..but through the magic and glory of Wists I found it is what she favored most and I had to make it happen.

I am so glad you love them and at least the one fits (for now!) I had a lot of fun making them, they were a challenge!

Those are amazing!  Tricky did you free hand those and did you use fabric paint or acrylic?

I printed photos from the net in reverse and traced the image with an iron on marker then all the detail is painted in...I do use fabric paints..no particular brand, I just grab the cheapest multi-packs and load my arsenal....and to make sure it stayed put, I coated them in a washable fabric glue.

The Hufflepuff one was tough because when I transferred the image it didn't show too well on the dark fabric AND it doubled (I moved it slightly while ironing) so painting it was tough, that one was very close to being freehand.
