I made HarleyQuinn's Salmon Log last night, it was AWESOME!  I think the whole thing cost me maybe $5, and it made so much that we have a tupperware container full of leftovers Wink  Sorry, I would have posted a picture, but it was like 10:30 when I made it, so I went for taste over aesthetics i.e. tastes good, looks baaaaad Cheesy

Haven't had a chance to cook anything, I've been deadly ill for the last 5 days with of all things "food poisoning" go figure. My mom came over after I came home from the emergency room and made her home made chicken and noodles soup for the family and I. I'm 40yrs old but there's nothing in the world like having your mom come and take care of you. Woke up this morning feeling better able to sleep thru the nite and keep everything down/in thank goodness for meds & moms.

Happy cooking everyone, looking forward to getting my energy and appetite back so I can make some of the wonderful recipes I've received.

Made DQH's Pork and Black Bean Chili last night. It was delicious! Hubby has been begging me to make it since I received the recipe card and he said the wait was well worth it.  Super easy to make (just throw it all in the crock pot), but have a few hungry people around to help you eat it. It was just me and hubby last night and I have TONS of left-overs Cheesy

I'll post a pic in my gallery post.

Also, think about joining the Cooking Challenge! The theme of the challenge will be announced on the 15th! I've got a yummy cookbook for the winner. Cheesy
