This poppet was made by me and my sister using Ghile's pattern.  It is Medusa!

Her hair is made of black yarn and chenile stems for her "snakes."  Her body is made out of a white T shirt and the red dress is left over fabric she had in her stash.  She drew the face and painted it in with Sharpie markers as well as her fingernails and toenails.

Kudos to you for your use of t-shirt. I wouldn't dare, but the face came out very nice, I am glad it didn't bleed on you. Love the hair and such a great idea to use the pipecleaners for the snakes. Don't they have just so many uses?

Love the toes and fingernails. Great job for a first poppet, and much better than my first. It will not be your last. Make sure to post a link to this topic on the poppetalong so all the poppet followers can see it. Cool

Thanks LovesClutter and Beth!  Good idea on the posting to the poppetalong, I didn't think about that.   Grin
