Wulf- Nondescript jars are loved too. I know I love them. Does that help any?

I would love to get my whimsies in a nice flea market find rather than an altered container, although altered is great too.  I actually found a wonderful 70's wooden purse that I intended to use for a future round ( when it would suit my partner) but I have since fallen in love with it and can't let it go.  I will probably scour flea markets and thrift stores for my partners "jar" this time instead of making/altering one.

Oh, now that's an idea I like! I can't resist buying interesting boxes, tins, etc. but often have no use for them at all. Until now!

As long as it's something you think your partner will like and is decorated in some manner (either as-purchased or by you), it's good! Thrift store finds are fab. I have a soft spot for antique-looking wood boxes.

ETA: by decorated, I mean anything that enhances the overall look of the container. Stain or images on a box; etching or embellishments on a glass jar; anything goes as long as there is something interesting about it. In other words, don't wash out a jelly jar, fill it with stuff, and send it on it's way.  Cheesy  Oh, and have fun with it!  Smiley

I've taken it to mean any small object that your partner would enjoy/ use. I think that's about accurate.

I think I'd be up for it, as long as signups start late this month or into June.  Scrambling to get my current swaps fulfilled and carve out some personal time to get back into my 50 projects.
