This is my altered ciggy box.  One of the things I really adore is twirly vine ends.  So I gathered about a million of 'em and featured them, perhaps in overload, on my box. One little twirly end keeps the box open as I am putting my items in it and nestles so tightly to the lid at the side, that it keeps the lid nicely shut, too.  I do cat rescue and have a bunch of cats myself, so there are 10 cats with me now.  They are always dropping whiskers, so I collect them.  That is what this box holds.  I have nearly a thousand whiskers in my collection!  Oh, and the bits of color are seed beads.

Wow! Where in the world did you find those incredible branches?!? So very cool. What a neat little holder for goodies - or cat whiskers Smiley.

i looooooooooooorve it! I don't know what I love more... the mad curli cues or the way the coloured polka dots poke out from behind that madness! I thought *I* had a penchant for collecting odd dirt about the house, hahaha! My latest being these flat seeds all over the yard. I have never had a cat whisker collection so you win, hands down!

answering questions - there are thousands of wild grape vines around here (southern vt) , so invasive. they deliver the tiny curlicues all along their smaller branches.  my box is high on a shelf where kitties do not go.

so creative and beautiful! i was a little hesitant when i read the title, i thought "who would be able to carry around their cigarettes in a box like that? don't they want it to be inconspicuous?" but now i know and now i love it! i too adore curly goodness!
