I'm claiming you right back, Claire! For cat inspired artwork and a mix of stuff!

About Me: I'm 30 (gulp) and I'm in now living in NJ (double gulp). I'm currently working as a nanny while my teaching certificate gets transferred to my new state, trying to control my baby fever, baking up a storm, and reading lots of books. I love chocolate, the ocean and the beach, books, live music, thrifting, vintage, shiny things, and soft things. I love tights and knee socks, I collect recipe cards, old handkerchiefs, tea cups, ephemera, vintage scarves, cookbooks, old books, and aprons. There is a lot more info in my blog (see the link in my signature!) I love many styles, but nothing country or overly cutesy.

Wishes:
Crafted stuff:
- cloth napkins and/or placemats. My kitchen colors are cream, chocolate, and turquoise, but any colors work!  I'd also love holiday themes or seasonal themes.
- A unisex baby quilt with fabric like Amy Butler, Michael Miller, Anna Maria Horner, Freshcut, etc. No need for real designer labels, its just an idea of styles I like.
- Unisex baby clothes, booties, or toys (like cloth cubes or puzzle balls) as Im building a pre-baby stash  Grin Is that nuts?
- A beach blanket with pockets for our beach house! http://www.marthastewart.com/good-things/pocket-palkeep I'd also love a beach towel version to sling over a beach chair and hold a book, clothes, keys, etc.
- A baby hat like this! http://www.babycenter.com/0_bunny-beanie-pattern_1445260.bc
- A crocheted or knitted shawl in a very pale pastel or cream/white (who knows, maybe one of you is super fast? Tongue http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=147576.0) Got a fabulous one from edie in the last round but would welcome another!
- A Steampunk brooch, long necklace or ring. (I'll gladly take a few of these items, and thanks for the claim, Claire!)
- A necklace like this: http://www.wists.com/Banga/6c34f1dcf46ba8297315a06b3df1302f?offset=0
- A necklace inspired by this: http://www.marthastewart.com/how-to/chic-strands-brooch-ribbon-necklace?backto=true&backtourl=/photogallery/recycled-crafts#slide_3
Thanks if you pull this one off, Claire!
- a garland/banner inspired by this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/27677990@N03/3041761436/in/photostream/ Love it! Those colors and shapes are wonderful for Christmas, but I would love one in orange/black for Halloween, red and pink for Valentine's or even green shades for St. Patty's Day.
- Vintage inspired Christmas items (like decorations, tableware, etc.) that are not country or cutesy. I love artists like Johanna Parker and there are lots of Xmas items on my wist.
-Altered tees like: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=106867.msg1016302#msg1016302 or this: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=10284568 or
http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/t_shirt_recon (I have tons more on my wist for inspiration!)
- Book plates or a book plate rubber stamp in any kind of nature inspired, zetti or vintage style
- Handbound mixed paper journals at least 4x6 in size.
- A bottle cozy made from a reclaimed sweater, inspired by: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=327643.0
- A bookmark inspired by this one. It has a velcro closure to adjust the size to hug any book cover. <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/jmgallo/4626121759/" title="bookmark by Jojobean26, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4040/4626121759_2d396c78f0.jpg" width="425" height="283" alt="bookmark" /></a>
- A cover for my Kitchen Aid stand mixer http://www.flickr.com/photos/35153082@N06/4125466894/ PM me for measurements. I got a gorgeous one from frosty last round but it was too big and has been gifted to a very grateful friend!

Supplies:
- Holy crap! I just bought my first brand new sewing machine! It's a Singer Curvy and I'd love some Cotton or Knit Fabric in fun prints, solids, dots or stripes to break it in.
- Your favorite thread for machine sewing in any colors
- Super simple sewing patterns for a novice: clothing, bags, baby toys, etc.
- Felt in all kinds of colors. I prefer wool felt or bamboo, put can still use the poly stuff you find at most stores.
- Tees for altering, any color or stripes/dots in a size small or medium woman's slim fit (like the Merona tees that are $5 at Target  Cheesy)
BIG WISH: Michael Moore, Amy Butler, Anna Maria Horner, or Freshcut fabric, even your scraps are fine! Also any other pretty printed fabrics in these styles, but not necessarily designer.
- Any how-to or sugar art kits, books, and supplies (think sculpy, but edible!)
- I'm a baking freak, so any and all baking supplies like decorative edibles, batter scoops, unusual muffin cup liners, silicone molds, etc. are welcome! I do have tons of liners, so I don't need any unless they are very unique!
- Bakers twine!
- ink pads any pigment ink,  archival and acid free
- Unusual rubber stamps in zetti, victorian, retro, steampunk or background patterns (I'd love a wood grain stamp or harlequin print)
- Glossy cardstock http://www.amazon.com/Glossy-Cardstock-12x12-Sheets-Pkg/dp/B00161N1GM
- Alcohol inks http://www.rangerink.com/products/prod_alcoholink_adirondack.htm
- any issues of Crap Hound! Even photocopies of your issues work for me! http://www.boingboing.net/2005/07/24/crap-hound-seminal-c.html
- Vintage ephemera, text pages from old books, especially foreign languages (think crumbly old, not 80's old Smiley)

Extras:
- I'd love anything inspired by anything I've wisted! I also have an Amazon wishlist here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/registry/wishlist/38KGTSPJ8DPOU
and many etsy faves here: http://www.etsy.com/people/jojobeandesigns
Or feel free to check my blog for ideas!

I claim stitch81 for some wisty surprises

4th claim, 2 in transit, 1 received

My name is Robin and I live in Oregon, USA.  I am a quarter Japanese, quarter Korean, quarter Jewish, quarter German (100% Mutt... yes!). I am married to Phil a fantastic cook who spoils me with delicious meals; good thing or all we'd eat would be steamed rice and veggies.  We have a 2 year old toddler named Aria who is proverbial light of our lives.  I am a feminist who is raising my daughter in an anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-homophobic household.

I am all over the board, I like whimsical, edgy, bohemian, steampunk, pretty, bold, soft, hardI wear a lot of black and gray, but Ive been branching out into the wondrous color wheel.  I love fun color combinations like red and turquoise. I LOVE rich, jewel tone colors and earthy colors! I find myself mostly drawn to blues and greens.  I like images of birds, squirrels, mice, and trees, but I also really like skulls, anatomy, skeletons (especially of birds and other non-human creatures), and old locomotives.  You can check out my wist to get a better idea of what I like. wisty surprises are nice.

Some of my wishes, BIG wishes in bold  Grin
my categories are simply to make my list easier to quickly look through, if you wish to make something but in a different medium than i requested, please feel free to do so

I'd like to claim rlynn for washcloths and some fabric.

This is my second claim, 0 sent, 0 received.

A little about me:  I live in North Carolina with my husband, giant dog and two cats.  We are currently expecting our first child, arriving sometime in September!

By day, I'm the manager of a busy locally-owned business and by night, a person who is content to curl up at home with my knitting and a good movie (kung fu or Jane Austen, please).   My favorite color is green but browns and mustard yellows are close seconds.

Crafts

Knitted or Crocheted Wool Diaper Soakers (could also be made from felted wool sweaters!) sizes small or medium (they need to be made from at least 75% wool.. in colors like green, brown, yellow)

Baby Legs little legwarmers for babies again, greens, browns, white/ivory,

Baby-wearing wrap - several examples on my Wists

Wool pad - I had dreams of recycling a felted sweater, making it square and using it for a waterproof pad under crib sheets but I forgot I hated measuring and can't sew.  (This could really be a simple project! Message me if you need more details.)

Flannel wipes for the baby.  I'd prefer solid colors over prints, but anything's okay.

Embroidered Handkerchiefs - particularly freeform designs and as this is likely to get tossed into a purse, any colors are fine (allergy season is here!)

Ice/Hot pack for my neck/shoulders.

Handmade Beeswax or Soy Candles. Any scent but strong florals.

Fabric buckets - esp anything made from canvas, burlap, etc.

PJs/Yoga Pants in natural fabrics. Im a tiny lady. Smiley

Small stained glass/suncatchers for my deck door.

new!simple, lightweight summer nightgown

new!handmade mailing address labels

Hand-dipped incense

Mustard colored knit hat--perhaps something along the lines of Felicity or Le Slouch

Eclectic/found object windchime.

Handmade birdfeeders or birdhouses.

Hand-dyed/hand-painted yarn.  Prefer worsted or fingering weights.

Handspun yarn.

Vintage pottery -- in browns, greens or whites.

Black legwarmers -- I've got a pair in green, thanks to a2k, and I wear them all the time. Perhaps another pair in my collection would be nice. Smiley

Anything inspired by my wists! http://www.wists.com/lapoli OR my new wists for baby-to-be

Craft Supplies

Vintage Knits for Modern Babies - used is okay, too!

Special Knits - again, used is great!

Natural Knits for Babies and Moms - any condition!

new!The Baby Pea Pod pattern

Worsted weight, 100% wool yarns.

Bare/Natural Wool for dyeing

Tweed/donegal yarns.

Shout at me if I stall! I'll update with more ideas. Smiley

I claim Twiz for an item off her list.  Cant say what cause its between three things (so we'll call it a surpise!!)

This is my second claim
Nothing sent
Nothing received

Hello there !!
Im Tammy.  Im 37 and im a stay at home mom to three boys in Northern California. I moved here from OH and love it!!  I like to sew, quilt.  I am starting to get into embroidery and can crochet a little bit.  Im very much into girly type stuff and love anything regency -titanic era. I also love 30s-40s things as well.  I am allergic to nickel.

Here are my wishes
Anything off my wist list is great!!

Crafted Items~~

KNITTED AND CROCHETED

I love this shawl and I am willing to wait longer if anyone will make it for me. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CivilWarShawlKAL/  Im not picky about color.  Would be just happy to even have one.

I would love some soft wool socks!!
Chocolate brown snood in a 40s style (prefer a crochet or knitted tie versus elastic (stays on better)
Knitted or crocheted beret hat in a dark color with a nice soft yarn Claimed!!  Thanks Edel!!
I have a weird obsession with knitted cuffs!! I love them!!  Chocolate brown, red, white, mustard yellow.

SEWN

**Civil War Era Cape called a Mathilde Mantilla (Think of a Civil War era Poncho.  This is basically what it is)  Here is a link to the pattern http://www.uvm.edu/%7Ehag/godey/images/s5902170.jpg  and here is an example of what it looks like http://www.thegracefullady.com/civilwargowns/ready-mades_silkmantle.htm Measurements will be provided.  Wool blend or Corduroy would be great. Hood is decorative and is not functional. It only uses around 3 yards.  I would also prefer it lined for warmth. It would be great if I could retain the pattern as well for future projects.  (I can sew I just cant figure out how to make it <frown>) without a pre-drafted pattern.  OR If someone with any drafting skills wouldnt mind drafting a pattern to my size I could play around with it and make my own (If I have a pattern to work with)

Aprons!!  Even though I sew them I would love to see what others come up with!!  I would also like two childrens apron (both are under 12yrs old)  transformers and spiderman a plus!! (one claim at a time is fine needless to say  Cheesy)

New purse (same reason as above!!!)  I also am in need of a large school bag/tote!!  The strap on mine is starting to come loose.

Primitive Rageddy Ann doll (An example is in my wists)

Handwarmers like the ones offered at Hot Topic. Victorian Goth ones would be perfect.

Crazy Quilted Purse.  Or any purse made by you!!  Im needing a new one!! (received a beautiful one from feast your eyes.)  More are welcomed!!!

Victorian capelet.  At least waist length please email for length.

Regency or Victorian era Reticule

Petticoat (cotton or cotton blend please) either knee or ankle length !! I actually wear these alot!! (Im 5'5 email for length) (recieved one from farmgirljane and would love more!!)

Slat bonnet or corded can provide links if needed.  Any pattern should do as they are all basically the same result.

Victorian slipper.  This pattern is from 1864
http://www.victoriana.com/VictorianShoes/victorianslipperpattern.html

Im looking for special kind of apron for my husband.  He cooks the eggs at breakfast time and is a ninjitsu martial artist.  I would love an embroidered apron that has a asian ninja/martial artist holding a spatula in each hand and says "Egg Master" underneath.  Fabric and colors are open as long as its durable and holds up.

Bars of handmade soap (the kind that is made from lye).  I have always wanted to try it!!  Lavender, oatmeal, goats milk, citrus are great however any scents are welcome!!  Or soap supplies/kit as I would love to learn how to make my own. Pre-made bars are appreciated as I have young children and am concerned with having lye in the house.

Bath bombs.  Also jars of bath salts would be fantastic as well. Im good for now!! Thanks!!

Hand crafted candles are great too. Prefer either fruit and or spice scented ones or lavender (only floral scented one I like).

Lavender sachets for my dresser drawers (ive received some but im addicted lol!!  I even hang them near open windows   Grin)

Whimsey jar are really fun!!

I would love a sign for my bathroom door that says "Powder Room" in a very girly style.

Im looking for a serving tray that I can bring snacks from the kitchen to the living room.  Asian or victorian influence a real plus.

Im also looking for a picture frame.  about 1.5 inches or more wide on the sides.  What I would like is a thin wooden back fitted to it. I dont need the glass for it.  An old vintage frame would be prefered for this.  Im going to use it as a center piece tray for candles (if you can visualize it will lay flat on the table) I can take a pic of the pic in my book if you would like to see my inspiration.

Handsewn shower curtain.  Victorian style please!!

Toilet paper holder for hubbys bathroom.  Kanji fabric would be perfect or a "manly" asian print

~~Supplies~~

Hobby Lobby and Michaels crafts have Victorian style sewing supplies!! Sadly I am no longer local to either (actually no Hobby Lobby in CA) I would love a chantilane.  However im also interested in any older sewing supplies as well from like antiques stores and such (I have a tracing wheel i bought for $4 so they can be affordable).

Patterns!!  I am 80 miles from a Joanns or Hancocks (sniff sniff).  I need envelopes with a size 14 & 16 included in the envelope for dresses and tops and a 16 for skirts.  Thanks!!
Vogue~~ .. .2884...2968...1239 ... 8352...8003,,,v1178,,,v1172

Purse supplies of all sorts (handles, magnetic snaps, rings ect).  Silver Victorian clasps would be great too(can be found at Hancocks).  I desperately need some magnetic snaps!!
