Are freezer paper stencils reusable?

Or are they rendered useless after using them once?
I really don't like the thought of having to cut out an image over and over for every time I want to use it!

I've only ever used an individual stencil 2 times. It's tedious to peel off carefully (especially when you accidentally put it on the wrong side of the fabric!), and depending on how much fluff sticks to the plastic, it may not stick too well the second time around. The first time I re-used a stencil, it stuck ok because there were few fluffy things, but the most recent re-use saw lots and lots of fluff, so the paint bled under the stencil in a couple places.
