I got my package from Ffrogg526!!!

This is such an awesome picture frame, I love it Ffrogg526. I think it's made of Fimo but I'm not sure. I love it! You put so much work into it. There is no way I could create something like this.

And another added bonus is that Ffrogg526 used plastic bags as padding for the package. There is a 5 cent tax on plastic bags where I live and as a result we never have plastic bags for garbage. My boyfriend was very happy to see the influx of bags! As I was opening the package and pulling out plastic bags, I was saying to myself 'yes, I really need these.'

I used some Sculpey III and some Premo Sculpey.  I'm glad you like it though!   Cheesy  Like I said in the message I sent you...  one wouldn't think that it takes that long to cross the really long invisible line on the ground.  So I'm glad it got to you in one piece!   Cheesy

And I'm glad the plastic bags are useful too!  We use them ALL the time for packaging around here.  I wish we had a 5 cent tax on our plastic bags...  there wouldn't be nearly as many of them stuck in trees on the side of the road.  Roll Eyes  Oh well.

Hope you can use the Japanese items...I always think it is fun to have chopsticks and holders for when you have a special dinner that includes Japanese foods!  I was so happy to find veggie ones since you are vegan!
I know all of the writing is in Japanese, but I think the pictures on the little sushi maker are easy to understand...I love mine for making cute little rice snacks!
The Japanese items will sure be in use. I like to eat any Asian food with chopsticks, but we only had two pairs and no holders. Now we can invite friends for a Japanese dinner too. I made my first sushi less than a year ago, loved it and have made it once in a while after that. I've found making nigiri with hands a bit difficult, but I'm sure it will now be much easier with the nigiri maker you sent. Thanks again!

Well, sloanlaw received on June 8th according to the DC#. She never even PM'd me or anything (let alone posted) so here's what I sent.

She had "bird themed necklaces" on her list so I made a bird's nest pendant and necklace for her with silver and copper wire and glass pearl eggs.

I hope she liked it. Maybe one day she'll drop me a note and let me know.  Undecided

ThomasMarrow pm'd me that she had received my claim, but I don't remember seeing a pic on here, so I'll post the one I took before I sent it off for her.

If you posted on, I'm sorry for the repeat and thanks!! Smiley

She mentioned she loved Harry Potter, but more specifically Snape and Slytherin.  She also had requested an apron for baking, so I tried my hand at some stenciling on fabric and made her this apron..

I also put some of my favorite baking recipes on some recipe cards and added some extra recipe cards for her to fill up in the pocket.  I hope she got to use them and happy bday! Smiley
