I'm looking for a first embroidery project and this would be perfect!  If only I had the pattern, or a kit.....not sure I'm confident enough to try this one right out of the gate otherwise.  Beautiful!  Thanks for sharing.

Though I only did the front tree as both was just a bit too much for me!
I'd have to suggest just grabbing a hoop, some cheap cotton fabric and your favourite colours in thread and go for it! I usually only do plain stitches or french knots (google them, they are nice and easy).
Honestly tthis was pretty easy, I just grabbed it out when I was in bed watching Bones. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
