My partner Jungrrl, received my package for the Lost swap so now I can post this over here  Grin
One of her favorite characters is Charlie so I thought it would be nice to honor his moment of heroism with embroidery. I put it in a metal hoop to resemble the porthole and I used all backstitch and some seed stitch.

I've heard it both ways.

I'm looking to swap some knit &/or crocheted crafts for handmade CP/HP soap.

You should try making one! Once you jump into embroidery, you will not want to stop. Back stitch is probably the easiest to do for a beginner so it would be a good one to start with.

I cried like a baby when I saw it. Even though they gave us more than enough foreshadowing that it would happen eventually, it was still soo sad.
