My mom gave me a day-by-day type calendar with sewing patterns.  Here we are, all the way into April, and I finally found something that I would want to make.  It was this simple pouch pattern.  I wanted to practice doing zippers since I haven't made a lot of stuff that requires zippers, and I needed some little pouches.  So here they are!

Together.  The black one is 5x6 and the pink one is 5x8.

Boring beige lining

Striped lining and the other side of the pouch.

The pink pouch is for all of my iPhone stuff.  My purse is pretty big and stuff gets lost in there so I figure I'll put the stuff in the pouch and the pouch into my purse.  The black one is a carrying case for my little doll.

C&C welcome!

I told you: I only wrote that poem to test my printer!

Super cute! I have the same problem with things getting lost in my big purse.
