Okay - let's kick this off.

The Customs thing on the package said merely 'book'.

Which I found odd. Who crafts a book? I don't do paper-based swaps. And it felt rather light to be a book.

No worries, I opened her up, and quickly realised the utter genius that Jemimah has. Seriously.

You see, one of my favourite sort of themes is communism, and political propaganda/iconography, that sort of thing. Most people read that in my questionnaire and go 'bwuh?'. But not Jemimah. She sent me....

DAS KRAFTPITAL!

And check out the front cover. I'm in such fits of glee over this

On the inside - it's an embroidery project holder! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy!!!! You can see that I've put it to immediate use.

And just to cement my love of this parcel, a little commie star pincushion, AND The Little Red Needlebook. I was in fits of giggly laughter at that!

I kinda want to stick it on my bookcase next to my copy of The Little Red Book and The Little Red School Book, but I think it best I keep it with the embroidery project.

So, HUGE round of applause for Jemimah!!

shouldn't it have been "untie" instead of "unite"?!  just kidding, maybe i love bad puns like you love communist iconography.

anyway it's an amazing "book" and anyone would be jealous!

I, uh, didn't know there was a gallery. Seems I'm a little blind.

Love the little red needle book. I have a little red book and pictures of Mao on my walls. Propaganda rocks. Don't be surprised if this one goes missing from your shelves, Kitten Wrangler. I might just come around and 'borrow' it from your library when you're not looking.

I also seem to be unable to type 'little', instead typing 'littel' every time. Very odd.
