That's a gorgeous package Serenthia, lucky you!

Speaking of very lucky people, I heard a mysterious beeping at my front door this morning ...

... ROBOTS!! Not just one, but a whole robot army!

Narrowly avoiding the savage attack cat, they marched in, as robots do. Before I knew it, they had invaded my study, and started helping me with my thesis. You see, these aren't your ordinary, run-of-the-mill robots, they're thesis bots!

Frustration bot provides a listening ear antenna, and doesn't complain if squished fiercely. (He is beautifully embroidered.)

Computer bot (fabulously feline, complete with mouse attached) has mastered my computer.

Clearthought bot just loves old German tomes...

... and no pile of books is too big for Reference bot and Organiser bot!

It's a little hard to see in my photos, but each one is beautifully detailed - amazing work.

Thank you so much KW, you are an awesome swap partner. I love these little guys, and I know they will make the thesis go much more smoothly!

just need to hear pms to confirm when you recieve packages
thanks for the people who have confirmed

so we are waiting on packages from starmumplus, kwiltykate and faerigirl

faerigirl has not pm to confirm sent but did say she was going to send. so just let me know for sure. if i dont hear from you by monday i will have to leave a negative and this will be changed when/if package turns up. i will organize an angel if the package is not recieved by next friday. so thats a week more. hope thats ok with you tabiekat.

remember good communication is the best way in swaps let us all know if  u just running late sending rather then if you stop communicating there is always a concern you have flaked.

so hope we have no flakers this round.

check out the gallery
and dont forget to post pictures of what you have recieved.
thanks to everyone who has posted pictures.

I'm so glad you like the Thesisbot Squad, Jemimah! Cheesy

I've been wanting to make those robots for AAAAAGGGGEEESSS! Thank you with providing me with a reason to do so!

They were so small and tiny and easy to carry around. I was working on them during lectures, during tutorials, on the train on the way to derby training.... just about everywhere.

And I knew you'd have the envy, Schnerby :p

My home computer is dead! I'm about to head home, but that means no pics until Monday.

Sorry, Cyndiq. I know you're hanging out for 'em.

I have received both my packages!

From cyndiq - A cute set of Owls! I caught my daughter with the little one at her karate class - she sneaked it out in her bag!! She thinks she should be able to have the little one since I have another two of them - I said NO Wink

And from starmumplus - a fabulous purple tote bag!! The pocket even has russian dolls!! I bought the same fabric (but in purple) on Tuesday!

Thanks ladies, I love both packages!!
