Ugh, maybe if I could sew! I'm in love with poppets so very much! I think I'll definitely be signing up for some future poppet swap though, I just need to learn first.

Well if you are interested in trying your hand at poppeting, check out the poppet-along... Everyone is super nice and will help you with any questions that you may have... We are all a pretty friendly bunch IMO Cheesy

Sorry about being an almost non-exsistant co-organizer there for a while.  I've been pretty busy the past few days.  But I'm here now!

Bobbie poppets are so fun to make.  They make my husband shake his head and sigh.   Tongue

Have you been trying craftewoman's boobie pattern or lovesclutter's modified boobie pattern? I think that lovesclutter's looks much easier to make and I might attempt that first... I totally had all intentions of trying out this past weekend, but instead I got distracted in my making of a house elf...  Roll Eyes

Ugh, patience is not my strong suit! I've already gathered my supplies, and can't wait to start! I have a handbag and a bridal garter I need to finish before I start my poppet, and partners won't be assigned for a week, but poppet ideas are still distracting me. I painted two sets of eyes last night, and they turned out really nice, but it's fun to do so I'm fine if they don't work out for what my partner wants.

I've never seen lovesclutter's torso pattern before - I might have to try that out.  I haven't had any major problems with the elenore pattern, but it might be nice to have another trick up my sleeve  Wink
