while making some of my sweater mushrooms..... I came up with these little "eskignomes"......they kinda look like a cross between and eskimo and a gnome .......hence the birth of.......the ESKIGNOME....

just like the mushrooms and cottage, these two were made out of recycled sweaters.........the bigger one is about 3 1/2 inches and the smaller one is a little under 3.

thanks for looking!

I've heard it both ways.

I'm looking to swap some knit &/or crocheted crafts for handmade CP/HP soap.

THANKS!!

and on another note....it has been brought to my attention that the word 'eskimo' is not used anymore, it means "meateater" and was found to be racist...... the proper term is now INUIT...... When thinking of a name for these little guys I never meant to be racist, just CUTE..... I really hope that no one will find harm in the way it was used.

I am Inuk, and it does not offend me. I believe it depends on the context, and whether or not the term is used maliciously - which is clearly not the case here.

Cute little guys Smiley
