I'm kinda new to using shadow boxes so I only have two, but I really like them.

First is my favorite one. I bought some really pretty scrapbooking paper the other day, but I don't scrap book. I also but a giant heart hole puncher so I did this! The background paper is actually that crayola explosion paper. It is completely black until you use this marker on it and the color underneath comes out. I thought it was a perfect fit!

Here is a close up of the different hearts:

This one took me forever to put together.
I got the inspiration from my favorite game series "Silent Hill". I wanted a more rusted and decrepit look, but I think its still good. Whats cool about this one is that I didn't have to buy any supplies. I just went in the basement and started scrounging for goodies.

I would have never known you were new to a shadow box. These look so cool, I especially like the one with the pictures, key, & spork. Great job.  Wink

Thanks! It took me a good couple of months to get it just right. And the letter is actually an Edgar Allen Poe poem I tore out of an old book.
