Bonjour

I just cooked this up and thought it was worth a mention since it contains my favourite super food: spinach!

Recipe

1. Make a white sauce using garlic butter or make a white sauce with regular butter/margarine and then add fresh garlic/garlic salt to the sauce.
2. Add black pepper to taste.
3. Pan fry some mushrooms and wilt some spinach in the pan for a few minutes.
3. Boil some pasta, drain and add to the sauce.
4. Stir the spinach and mushrooms into the pasta and sauce mixture.
5. Heat through and serve.

- This is also really good with pancetta!

Not bad for student food, eh? C&C's welcome.  Grin

Thanks for this super dinner recipe!   Cheesy  I'm going to make this on Tuesday.  Except I will use Curly Dock instead of spinach (part of my wild vegetables project).

That looks so good! I like how simple it is, I'll have to give it a try sometime soon.
