Please, can anyone help me, I am looking for this pattern - I think it is a japanese pattern.
I would love to make a scarf for myself but I have no idea which book it comes from or where to source it.

It looks like it is a variant on this

it starts with one flower and increases to four motifs - and yours looks like 7 - it would take some finagling but I think this would get you there.

It looks like something similar to a Patons pattern I have.  They have it as a free pattern on the site, but you need a log in to view it (membership is free and they don't spam).

It is called the Grace Floral Shawl.  It looks to me like the only big difference is in the latticing, the one you have looks like a couple of picots are added between the flowers on half the latticing
