I made these yesterday for our Relay for Life tent.  But now the event is over, and they will be lighting my patio on hot summer nights.
I free-handed some designs and used a dremel to cut out. (be safe, wear goggles!)  Used the dremel to drill the holes and saved time with precut floral wire. Then dug into the spray paint stash for fiesta colors.

My friends like it so much we're going to make these for a craft day.  Going to have work on making the wire hangers a little prettier.   Comments and criticism please

What a great idea! Very cool!  Maybe a heavier gauge of wire would help?

Super cute! Love the Mexi-Chili peper theme. I say use a silver wire and ad some coordinating beads maybe in white, green and red. So how did you go about cutting the designs out? What tool did you use? You did a very nice job.
