Beautiful!! I love the simplicity of the design, although I know it's not a simple process. I've been afraid of fondant, but if homemade gives these awesome results, then I'll give it a try...someday. lol  Thanks for posting!

Yum!  I've been meaning to try marshmallow fondant.. I just thought it might be too sticky.  I found a recipe for rolled buttercream fondant that is good too.  I got a ton of compliments on it.
