In a lovely Tea Garden not far away bloomed a Rose. This in itself is not surprising however to call her beautiful would be an understatement. As a Rose should, she had many suitors, though none caught her interest. Her heart had already been taken. On the day she first saw the sun the gentleman of the house had unfortunately dropped his pocket Time Keeper in the garden. This shining knight lay at the foot of the Rose and they spent every day and night together. The Rose longed to be closer to her love just as the Time Keeper wished to be closer to her. But alas as any rose she grew further away from him and closer to the sky. As the rain and sun came and went he sadly began to rust and tarnish. The Rose was very upset by this and began to weep. Her tears slowly floated down on her petals to the Time Keeper who kept every one close. Once started, the Rose could not stop her petals falling and without a master the Time Keeper would continue to rust. Both knew they had not long to last. Too soon came a night when the Rose had but a single petal left to shed and the Time Keeper as many ticks to share. The morning broke on a sorrowful note as the garden mourned its lovers. However the lovers found each other as they floated up and never parted ways.

This is my first attempt with watch parts so be kind. But constructive criticism would be welcome. Let us know what you think.
