Can you feel the jealousy seeping out of my pores?? Smiley I LOVE your scooter... I love the colors, I love the graphics, I love the potential names (My vote is with Maude... Metro Maude, or maybe some other old fashioned awesome name like Mabel, Marge, or Mildred Smiley). Awesome job!

As a passionate argyle and scooter fan, all I can say is this ROCKS! Grin

Could you elaborate a bit more on vinyl process, or recommend a good tute?

Im very lucky, in that we have a vinyl plotter (the cutting machine) at work we use to dress up our work vehicles. It's more equipment than most people will have access to. The idea is similar to that of the Cricket. The vinyl is like this.http://www.beacongraphics.com/supplies/avery/a9-series-opaque.html

And the plotter is like this: http://www.beacongraphics.com/equipment/gx-24.html

However, with some vinyl, an exacto, and enough patience anyone could get the same results.

I was ready for a change from the argyle. If you don't count design time this changeout took me about three hours, which includes peeling off the old and making the new stickers. The sun/cloud design is my own. I went through many variations, but this one made me smile everytime.

The shooting star is from a vector catalog we own. This side makes me think of a My Little Pony. It's a whole different look from the argyle. Thanks for checking it out. Oh, by the way, it's name is Winnie Cooper.
