If I'd known how easy it would be to make bath bombs, I'd have started long ago.  These rose petal bath bombs smell gorgeous and I will be looking for excuses to make more and keep my flat smelling lovely.  The only downside to them is having to pick soggy rose petals out of the bath.

Here are my grapefruit and light brown sugar bath bombs.  I took this picture late at night so it doesn't really show them at their best.  These are for my girlfriend as she is a grapefruit fiend.  I love the smell but not the taste of grapefruits so they're perfect for me too.

They're great aren't they?!?! Your rose petal ones look amazing!!  And I like the grapefruit and brown sugar idea too!  I might have to stealborrow those ideas!

If you really don't like picking the soggy petals out of the tub you can either put the bath bomb in the toe of pantyhose to filter out the petals while still getting the bomby goodness, or wrap it in cheesecloth secured with an elastic or something for the same effect.

Ooh, that's an idea.  It may kill the romance ever so slightly, but it's still far more appealing than picking slimy things out of the plug hole.  Also, steal away.  I only added the sugar because the mix was too sloppy.

Mmm, that sounds like the most luxurious scent combination ever.  I've never made bath bombs, but I might need to start....
