I finished my next little summer dress from one of the printed cottons I bought the other day. I love the details on it. The skirt has little pleats on the front and back, the collar is a nice detail as well as the sash. I probably could have made the bodice in the next size down as I don't seem to fill it quiet but hey, I'll just wear when I eat out. That way I've got room for desert.

This time no vintage hair and make up to go with it. I didn't want to wait until I get to wear it or just take pictures on the mannequin. I hope you like it. Let me know what you think.
Thanks for your time.

Thanks, it doesn't really show in the picture. It folds over and gives a great back detail. I hope you get the idea.

Thank you, I did use a pattern. It's New Look 6824 view BCFH. Great little pattern with lots of variations. I recommend to make the bodice a size smaller than you come up in the sizing chart. They are very generous with ease. As you can see in the pictures, the bodice is a bit baggy on me although I went with my measurements according to the size chart.
