I had to frog about three inches of ScotSkipper's sweater yesterday.  I was bummed, because it represented probably two hours worth of knitting, but I couldn't fix it otherwise and want this sweater to rock SS's world!  Cheesy

Yes, I fixed it so it works again.  I am pleased, though it's quite a bit different than my initial plan.  And in other news, I'm officially off work for the summer, so I will be able to get cranking on the main item!

Just checking in-- I've finished with the other swap I was working on, and I'm pretty sure I've decided on everything I'm making for this swap.  Time to craft!  Smiley

I am glad so many are doing so well, I wish I could say the same.  Embarrassed

I had begun the wood work on the hammock for DoodleLou this morning, expecting to buy the perfect piece of material I needed today. But when I got to the store, there was not enough left. I considered  crying like a big baby, but that seemed, you know, babyish.  Wink

So now I am at a loss, do I look online for the material again? I already tried that once but could not find it.  Work in a completely different medium? I don't know, I will have to think about this one.

Can your store call others in the area or a little away to see if they have it, and if so, hold it for you to go get? (or better yet, ship it to your store?)

There does not appear to be any more either in another store or online. I have already looked. But thanks for the idea. Smiley
