Woo! i just mailed off another swap so I'll be able to join this one! I love all the ideas you guys have! I spent all last night crafting for the MYB swap and wraping those up.  That was fun.

I still have no idea what I'm going to put on my "want" list.  everything you guys offer sounds great!  One thing I really want is a cover for my netbook - I've named him Bones, and think a stenciled cover (of Karl Urban) would be awesome for him.

I don't have a name for my kitchenaid mixer.  Its White and I got it for christmas a couple of years ago.

Decided to split off what's being offered into the 2nd post.  Smiley

Hmm, all this talk about Kitchenaid mixers is making me want one.  They seem pretty cool, but I don't know if I can sacrifice even more counterspace.  Our toaster oven is pretty huge, but we depend on it since Lana eats toast daily.  Are you guys loving your mixers?

I am going to be offering all sorts of jewelry options.  I can make cha cha bracelets, charm bracelets, Japanese/Bzyantine chainmaille, etc. You'll get a few pieces since I love making it!

~~Frank waves hi to Emma~~

I LOVE my Kitchenaid (aka Frank) - if my house were on fire I think I'd grab Frank before my Fiance. I use him all the time and he really doesn't take up too much space (Frank, not my Fiance). I think a cover for him would be so grand!!

Can I ask what a cha cha bracelet is? I saw that on the front page too and was curious...it sounds like something I'd like Smiley.

Thanks Lime!  You can see some I made here:

I am soooo loving the new 'Show all images posted by this member' button on the profiles.  Smiley

Beeker, that's what is making me afraid.  I love getting gadgets, but then they sit there and I feel so bad.  My poor spinning wheel is in that catagory and I'd hate for the mixer to be there too.

I also love my kitchenaid...and although I don't use it all that often, it makes me happy just seeing it on the counter Cheesy ...actually, I can't imagine having a cover for it!

Mine is cobalt blue, but I also wanted an orange one!

atsuko, Thanks for mentioning the 'Show all images posted by this member' button on the profiles.  I hadn't seen it there before!

onyxnox, you should offer one of those lovely necklaces that you made for the Alice in craftster-land swap!

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

That's true luckdragon, I can do glass tile pendents, and the crystal/wire/charm necklace is another one too.  Thanks for reminding me.

Atsuko, counterspace is a premium here too, but if you love to cook from scratch, and had a mixer of your own, you probably would use it if it is accessible.  I bake tonnes, so Emma gets used a lot for mixing doughs, and frostings.  She is also good for making mashed potatoes too Cheesy  I am waiting to get some of the accessories too to use her for shredding, grating, and pasta making too.  I want to make my own pasta, but don't have a roller, or the patience to hand roll it.

Beeker, what I am refering to are necklaces made from seedbeads, like:

a netted necklace (more open, lacy)

Here is another example of netting, over ornament balls:

Here is a necklace done in spiral stitch:

Ok, I'm working on my questionnaire.  On the front page, under felt, somebody offered felted nesting bowls.  Do you have a link to those, so I can see what they are?

Oh, that was me. Here is an example...

They can be made in other sizes, shapes, heights, etc.
