I've been wanting to re-cover a chair for a long time, and the other day I found a set of old dinning table chairs for cheap at the thrift store! It was super easy to recover the seats, and I have now fell in love with spray paint!!! I wanted them to be funky and eclectic, and not all matchy matchy! I LOVE THEM!!

Very nice.  I love the fabric you used on the redish-pinkish one.

WOW, love 'em. I have been looking for 3-4 kitchen chairs to redo since I have the lawn furniture temporatily standing in. This has definitely opened my eyes! THanks. Love the none matchy match.

I have a chair that looks about like  your "before" picture. Which I am anxious to recover before it joins the rest of the set. (The others in the set were left outside in the weather, because they looked like your "before" picture and were therefore not worth saving. And they were left outside until they completely self-destructed.)
Grrr. I want to prove there IS life left in such things.
But I have no idea how to re-cover a chair seat and neither am I at all 'handy' when it comes to something like that.
Please can you help, either with instructions or with directions about where to go for instructions? Thanks.
