I have again found myself making girls clothes while I have a boy. (And don't even have a little girl to try on my stuff!) But it's a lot of fun anyway. This was my first project using linen (well, linen/rayon, I'm a student...) and I loved it! I really want to make myself a wardrobe from linen now. It was also my first time with snaps, and they worked great! Hope you like. Smiley

Here's the dress (it has ties so you can adjust the fit because it is a loose-fitting dress)

Here's the snap at the shoulder

I lined the bodice with thin cotton for sturdiness and for the style of the straps

and that fabric would look LOVELY as overalls on a little boy. . .. with a boat applique or somethign on teh bib. .
