I'm in college, and at the beginning of every semester, I wear something weird on my head for the first day of classes. I would LOVE to have a Brain Slug for that!! This is awesome!!

I'm looking for something small but amusing for DragonCon. I may just have to do this. Hilarious.

Inspired by losingstreak brainslug, I made this one.  I actually made this last Halloween but never posted it, don't know why.   I used to work in an office, but they didn't let me wear it as it was "unprofessional", even though clients never see me and I was holed away in the back of the office in what I called "the cave", but whatever.

I love Futurama, as it is one of my favorite series to have playing in the back ground as I craft.  I've even developed a habit of wearing while I craft. LOL  I just love it that much.

It's made of Green Wool Felt, and attached on an extra head band I had laying around.

I'm thinking about taking a stab at this, but I've never made plushies before.  Did you just make 6 shaped pieces and stitch them together?

How did you do the antennae, if you don't mind my asking?  Did you stitch and turn inside out or just stitch around with similar color thread?

Thank you for any help!

-> Stride "Sweet Cinnamon" If you have it in your area, will you PM me?  My mother loves it, and we can NEVER find it in our stores here.  Will negotiate for some!
