This is an easy pot rack made from an extra closet pole that was laying around the house and some S hooks courtesy of the hubby.  Simply attach to the top of the cabinets with  screws, add your hooks and your in business.

That is a very good idea!  It really does look easy.  I may have to try that, thanks for sharing Smiley

Thank you, scuttlebutt777.
I did this back during the blizzard days of winter as you can tell from the pic but I am very happy with the results, it is also a great place to dry herbs, note the branch of sage.

Very nicely done. My fiance and I are moving to our first place together here in the summer and I am looking for ideas. I have noted this as it might come in handy and it does look easy. Smiley  Thanks for the great photo.

Great use of the space above the sink, since you don't have an upper cabinet there.  I like the fact that this uses the space, but doesn't block the light.   Smiley

I've always longed for a pot rack. This looks like really easy way to do it. Thanks for posting it.

It is better to have crafted and failed then never to have crafted at all.
Yes, I am stalking the Toys and Playthings board. Thanks for noticing!
I'm cheating on Craftster with Pinterest. It's ok though. There's overlap.

Thanks Celticchrys;  I like that fact too, I removed the curtain rod and curtains for that very reason.  The window is high and I love the light especially when I'm working at the sink.

Man, that's inspired. Looks like I'm getting a pot rack after all! Been wanting one but am way too cheap.
